We have started turning typewriters into lamps. Some will still type, while others are just for show. 

This 1960's Hermes 3000 has as much style and flash as Andre 3000. But unlike Andre this typewriter has an awesome custom shade that sends the perfect message all the time.

Vintage Champion spark plug cleaner and tester turned into a bar.

We took out the internal part and adding a wood bottom for storing bottles. We added a shelf on the side and wood to the ring on the base. What a great addition to an gear heads collection.

Vintage toy truck lamps

1950's Marx Lumar metal lithographed Emergency Searchlight toy truck turned into a lamp.

The original plastic light was missing and we noticed that the strainer from a coffee percolator is about the right size. We added a LED light and combined that with a remote control so it can be used to control the brightness and other settings.

1960's Petrolette Oil Tanker  

This vintage toy truck has been turned into a lamp with 3 flicker flame bulbs.
